My Tanita werkte na een update niet meer. Na een mail aan hun kreeg ik een nette mail terug. En inderdaad werd er wat aan gedaan en alles werkt weer.
Maar binnen een paar uur een reactie is super!
Bij de meeste bedrijven duurt het vijf dagen, dus dit had ik niet verwacht.
Super!

Had a problem with one of their distributor and they took care of the issue with a lot of professionalism and understanding. it took a bit long to solve everything, but the result was very satisfying.

This morning, the latest version of the My Tanita app wouldn't open on my phone. I wrote their help desk and almost immediately got a reply that they were aware of the problem and hoped to have a solution today. A few hours later, I got a follow-up email that the problem should be solved and would I please try? And it worked. So kudos to their help desk for their very prompt and helpful service!

RD545 body analyzer: Excellent value for money for this dual-frequency device, reliable results (much more accurate than other expensive "professional" analyzers), two weeks of inactivity are immediately visible (muscle mass & quality), ditto for careless nutrition (fat), weight measurement with accuracy of 50 gr.

The smart phone (Android) application ("My Tanita") is excellent as well. Offers all the detailed results in various forms (diagrams, text, sketches), shareable, plus instructions how to use the application, web shop and theory with the range categories for each measurement.

Absolutely recommended!!

Very satisfied with the customer service. My problem was that after an update the app on mobile Pixel 3 had the error "No connection". I asked the customer service and got very urgent fix.
