Jeff came out and bid the job. He explained the process and followed up timely. Quality was the most important factor and I am not disappointed. Their service and workmanship completed the job without and problems. Highly recommend to anyone!

I had some issues with David and Sharkey's. I entered a contract for a new pool cage in November 2022 after mine was destroyed in the hurricane. I was informed 3 to 4 months to installation date after signing. I paid half down, approx (14,000), and waited. Three months turned into 5,6,7,8 months. I would call, leave messages.or send emails asking what was going on. At one point I drove over an hour to his shop and left a note on the door. Finally he called within 30 minutes.
They did the cage in October 2023. There were some outstanding issues that I notified him of. It didn't pass inspection at 1st but finally did later on in 2024. My outstanding issues not major, but regardless were half rectified. By this point I had paid him about 25,550 of the approximate 27, 980 for the job.
Without warning he put a construction lien on my property through a lawyer. I paid the balance owing by check that week. This was in April 2024.
All he had to do was ask me 1st
I asked for verification that the lien was removed twice after and only heard back once that they would let me know as soon as it was.
It's now July. Never heard. Two issues I had notified him of that weren't rectified.
Two main support beams were cut too long hanging outside the cage.
I have a leak in an eavestrough joint in one place.

I couldn't be happier with Sharkey's Aluminum & Screening LLC. From the first contact to the finished pool cage, everything has been as promised! Dave answered all of my questions and even showed me how to remove my cage screen doors in the event of another hurricane. The project was completed ahead of schedule, and it is BEAUTIFUL!!!! I will be calling in the future for the shutter project - no question who will get my business!

I’ve been waiting 4 months for this company to complete a 5 minute job and then schedule the city to complete our permit. I can’t understand what can take this long. I sadly would not recommend this company. They also had our 40% deposit for the new cage for 5 months before they did the job. We’ve gotten nothing but excuses.

I highly recommend Sharkey. He did several homes in our development. The engineering, assembly, quality of work was excellent. They are established hard working people.
