Was trying to set up a polygraph but everything was done by text not able to speak to anyone
Feels like a non caring business that doesn't want to hear there customers. I was driving so I called him and he texted me back . I told him I was to busy to text
And he said he didn't have time to talk to anyone because of mental health issues etc he prefers to text
So I told him if you can't speak to your customers you may be burnt out . I left review because he couldn't take the time while I was driving to talk and not text. This was a very honest review.

Don't use this place. Set up an appointment to do a test. Owner requires 195.00 deposit to book the appointment. Had an emergency which required me to change the appointment date. Owner tells me another 195 is needed for the new appointment date, meaning I lost 195 bucks because I wanted to reschedule date of the appointment. So he just got 195 for doing nothing. Did not ask for a refund just a reschedule. What a scam.

Examiner Ms Miranda Yoder was very professional, efficient and understanding. I was very nervous but she put me at ease and explained the entire procedure very carefully. The test was conducted without any errors and she went out of her way to get the result to me as quickly as possible because she knew how important it was to me. I highly recommend their services, if you are unfortunate enough to need them.

Spent almost $495 on questions I didn’t wanted. Said my husband passed them all in les than 30 minutes. He told my husband he passed and told me I will get the results by email after an hour. No graphics shown as well. After a few months my husband confessed he did cheated. Sadly I don’t consider this and ethic place to get a polygraph. I don’t see any respect and professionalism in the way he comunícate and responds to customers either.

I had a great experience with this company they were very sensitive to my situation and when my issues were resolved, although painfully due to the truths I discovered, they were supportive and kind. Face it, the truths we're looking for are not the ones we want. And when you have to make decisions for your life based on the truth that you're discovering, you need someone that's going to back you up, when your life melts in your hands. Getting past the betrayal the anger the humiliation means you have to know the truth is the truth when it all goes to s--t.
