I got my prescription through GoodRX Care and sent to GR Cure. I called the pharmacy to confirm that my prescription had been received and they told me that I would receive a call or text confirming that my prescription was ready for pickup. I received neither. Upon arriving to the pharmacy I present my GoodRx coupon that I was sent when GoodRX Care sent my prescription out only to me told that they do not honor GoodRX Coupons because they have their own savings plan. I explained that if the person I spoke to earlier in the day hadn't rushed me off the phone I could have confirmed that and had time enough enough to send my prescription somewhere that my coupon would be honored. The staff told me there was nothing that they could do. I asked again if they could honor the price of my coupon for my inconvenience which was about a 7 dollar difference. They told me no and and I asked the lady what her name was. The pharmacist walked around the counter and told me she will have the owner call me. I will update my review in a few day if they actually reach out.
Update: I received a call from the owner of GR Cure. He let me tell my side of the story and was extremely understanding of my situation. He assured me he would take corrective actions with the employee i encountered and not only would my coupon be honored or but I would receive a full refund for the prescription I paid for. I am going to trust what was promised to me a continue using GR Cure as my preferred pharmacy. One bad apples does not always spoil the bunch.
