I called Daniel twice for his carpet cleaning service twice he said he will call me back and he never called me. I had to call another campany. The other company came on a three hour notice and did a fabulous job. Don’t use this company its not professional.

I have been working with Daniel and GR Construction for more than 10 years. Daniel is professional, patient and accommodating. He has a good team of workers. Over the years he and his team have done several jobs for me. Recently he refinished the wood floors, installed tile and crown molding, and painted. I am happy with the results!

Hired GR for my bathroom remodel. The manager, Daniel, was very understanding when it came to choosing tiles. He brought us multiple samples until we found the perfect one. He created two in wall shelves for us (one for soap and another for shampoos). Our bathroom is on the small side so Daniel helped us customize it to what we needed. He even installed an additional 4 foot mirrored medicine cabinet that we wanted. I give 5 stars because remodeling a bathroom can be very stressful but they made it easier and gave us the bathroom we wanted.

I found Daniel thru the building where I live. I saw his previous work and was happy with the quality. I had a closet built and 3 new doors installed. It took a bit longer that I would wanted to, but the job was clean and nice. He was friendly, patient and accommodating.

Had to leave this review so others are not scammed like I was by this company. When Daniel, the owner came to my house I told him I wanted floors that matched or were similar to my living room which are country white in color. He told me that he will do his best to get a similar color. Instead of country white he ended up making the colors of the floors dark brown/orange. That was not even the worst of it. My house was carpeted when I first got the estimate from him. He looked under each carpet and told me I had hard wood floors, in one of the rooms he told me I had vinyl and plywood so he would need to install brand new floors. This being my first home and not knowing about floors agreed to have the new floors installed. When he was done with the floors I noticed that the floor was elevated higher than the rest of my house, he told me it's because he installed the floors over the plywood. Not knowing anything I thought this was normal. I asked if he would be able to change the color of the floors since I didn't like them and he said he would if I pay him the full amount again. I was really mad about this so when Daniel left I called 3 other contractors to get an estimate on how much it would be to change the color. As soon as each of the contractors saw the floor they couldn't believe how bad the job was. They told me the color is way off from what I wanted. Also, they looked at the staircases and said if he refinished them they shouldn't have any black marks. In addition they told me he ruined my moldings and were asking why I got new floors installed. One of the contractors pulled a piece of the new floor Daniel installed and instantly told me I had original oak floors underneath. He said his worker that has been working only 2 months would even know this. Contractor told me I got scammed, he sold me new floors I didn't need. I ended up paying Daniel half and now when I call him and explain everything he hangs up the phone and refuses to give me a refund. He knows exactly what he did and thought since I didn't know anything about floors he would get away with it. Good thing I called other contractors and they showed me all the things he did wrong. Also, now that he installed new floors on top of my original floors I have to get the new floors removed and my original floors fixed since they have nail marks in them. Had to share my experience so others don't go through the same thing I did. Avoid this company!
