Service was very fast with a successful outcome. This isn't always the case when dealing with state and county offices. The clerks were busy but very polite as well as knowledgeable. The entire visit was completed in less than 90 minutes, which can be considered warp speed!!

I only liked it because it's really handy for the people that lived toward the Westside. It's well ran I myself haven't been in there I've been in there with another person for an hour or so. But I have not done business there so I can't tell you how they're courtesy is. But for the area and the way it is I would say it's a decent place to be if you really need to be there.

Of course the outside and inside has many unsavory individuals. For the most part they are harmless, if you just go in and keep to yourself, they keep to themselves. The inside is clean and orderly. There is ample security which provides a great deterrent to anyone who may be thinking of acting up (no body ever does). The staff is attentive and helpful, when you enter, you go to your left and there is an employee that greets you and helps you sign in and get a number. You then have a seat and wait until you hear your number called or watch for it to appear on the big screen. Never takes long. Once your called, your usually out within a few minutes. Overall, a very quick and smooth process that results in receiving some much needed aid. DMV which has horrible waits and rude employees could learn a lot from the GR service model!

changes have been implemented, which makes 4 a smooth flow. No MORE waiting in long lines to "tag in", using the NEW kiosk in the lobby, you CAN NOW "TAG URSELF IN". THE entire process has changed!! 10+?

Well what can I say other than ,,,, it sucked,, first when you walk in there are three security guards there where they make you dump out your pockets and they wanted you who does that it's the welfare office then they tell you to go back to your car or whatever you came in if you have anything in your pockets like a pocket knife or pair of scissors or anything so where do you do not bring any knives with you ladies don't bring your tweezers they'll make you take them back to the car yes I'm serious they really do this once I got myself settled down in there they took me out of the 4 to 5 minutes before somebody came along and helped me very timely take care of me and gave me an appointment to come back the very next day I'll let you know from there

It's a really small building. To small for all the people they have going through their Monday through Friday. Their is never enough sitting room, people are waiting outside. And for not that much. Some people are getting over on the Welfare. By getting away with more food money than they are supposed to be getting. It's not in a very good part of town. It just seems a big hassle for nothing really.

Its gotten a lot better over the years, faster service, parking,security. Overall they've done a great job all the way around, I use to dread going there, not any more.

This place searches you and your stuff upon admittance. This is the opposite of innocent until proven guilty. The waits are very long and many people waiting are suffering from mental illness which I find scary to be in a small waiting room with them
