I’d give it a zero if I could!

I cannot get a hold of customer service for a week now!!!!! Unacceptable!
I waited several weeks to get glasses and it is 100% Eye keepers fault they sent to old address where I haven’t lived for 1 yr 1/2. I changed address to new address!

1. I sent 3 contact support messages and gave me reply that didn’t apply to me!
2. I tried calling 610 phone number only to get message mailbox is full!
3. I still have not received glasses even though Eye Keeper insists I received them! Or a response to fix issue! Horrible!!! I have to sp nd all tho extra time trying to get a hold of someone and causing me unnecessary anxiety!!!!

10/17 and product has not shipped. Wish I saw some of these reviews earlier.
I'll updated this once they arrive. Its 2024 shipping should be fast for small items.

The delivery service used UniUni has NO customer service.
They damaged and delivered the Package.
Sent pictures x2, called x4 keep getting the run around. They would said it was minor. They will be reported to the BBB.

Orders take FAR too long to be shipped and received. I ordered my glasses almost a month ago and they still have not arrived. I would advise that people avoid ordering from here unless you really don’t need your glasses any time soon! I hope I get my glasses and I hope they are nice. I will try to update this review once I finally receive the product, but that could be years from now at the rate we are going!

I have now purchased my reading glasses from this company numerous times. I have found all of the products I received to be very high quality. They have beautiful frames with spring hinges and I have never had any pair broken or any other issue. The only reason I have purchased this many times is that I have either lost them or, most recently, my vision changed again and I needed a higher strength. I will probably always purchase reading glasses from them as long as I need them.

One of the things I love about Eyekeeper is that when I have had a problem, they've been quick to not only respond, but offer a solution to it that is reasonable. No one tells me, "I'm sorry ma'am, that's our company policy." They either exchange, refund or what I really like is they'll offer me a nice sized discount on a new order! Since I enjoy their frames and the prices, I enjoy being able to order another product at a deep discount. I usually order 2.
