It won't let me post a review with zero stars, so that is why I had to give it a (generous) 1 star rating. This company is terrible to work with. They kept rejecting art files because they said there were problems with the artwork (which there weren't). I had wedding invitations with a coordinating RSVP card printed and they weren't even close to the same color. They refused to re-print one of the pieces. I thought maybe I did something wrong in creating the artwork so I made some uncecessary adjustments and paid for a second run of one of the cards and it was just as bad as the first run. They will not stand behind their work and blame it all on the customer. Probably the most disappointing thing about this company is their (lack of) customer service. I've never reached anyone via phone, but they did respond via email. I've only ever been contacted by one employee (Terri) who continually responded with condescending comments and she would not give me contact information for manager or owner when I requested it. Not sure if she IS the manager or owner I also requested for a refund on the final re-order which was not surprisingly refused, and was answered with a lengthy email that copied all their fine print disclaimers that basically say they won't take responsibility for any shoddy work they produce. Find another printer - GR Print will only frustrate you.

I've used GR Print over the last 5 years and their print work has always been exceptional. My clients are always happy with the final product and very impressed with the quality. Their prices can't be beat, I've looked. Their turnaround time isn't the most accurate and the Fedex shipping can get expensive and slow. Don't order with tight deadlines. That said anytime I've had an issue the staff have gone above and beyond to get things sorted out. They answer the phone when I call for questions or issues which is always appreciated.

The absolute worst customer service. Most printing is overseas, their "factory" make mistakes on 80% of orders, only to tell us (the customer) it was our fault when we know in fact it is not. DON'T use this company, the absolute worst service. Terri seems to work from her home in the East Coast, is rude and frustrated. Seems she's the only person at the company now, given no one could probably stand to work at GR Print. Don't be fooled by their prices, the headaches simply aren't worth the hassle. NEVER again.

Yikes!!! What's with all the bad reviews? (actually a bit suspicious). I've used this company many time AND have dealt with Terri who has been no less than excellent with my requests. I will say that their pre-flight is a bit picky, but if you run into this then just contact them and give your OK if you feel the job is good to go. Love their silk coated stock with my foil logo. I get tons of compliments on a card that looks like a million bucks but only cost pennies.

*STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY*
I agree with the other comment about zero stars, and their customer service rep Terri is extremely unprofessional. Never use this company.

Printed the same logo with them for multiple years, I get one bad print and they refuse to own up to their possible mistake. Putting all the blame on me. I even sent examples of the same artwork, same color profile that they had previously printed. Still nothing.

When reaching out to some local printers for help in my claim, and bringing to them the responses I received, they say "First, what another printer has told you is of no concern to us" They also say my office proof should never be used as a comparison to their final print, yet all the other prints I get completed with other offset printers are always extremely close. We understand tone variations are going to happen.

They will gladly email you a copy of their terms and conditions which basically says, they will determine if they screwed up, and do not care if you disagree. And will end the emails with, "The information I have given you is correct. This order is complete."

Terri from customer service was very unprofessional. The product that they sent was not folded correctly the first time, so they refolded it, and then sent it to us with the crease still in it. Very, very tacky. When asked about it, they blamed us for not knowing how to upload it to their website. If their employees were smart enough to realize that they needed refolded, why weren't they smart enough to get it right the first time? Others online agree about the poor customer service. Definitely find your printing needs elsewhere.

Really bad! I thought Vista print was bad, but this company? this company is even worse! Do not use them! I ordered some business card (pretty simple) well, the quality was bad even though I summit it in good quality, plus the color were all wrong. When I contacted costumer service, Terri which was really rude, just said that they don't ensure colors... for reals? a printing company don't ensure colors... stupid! So yeah, just don't pay for a headache. Go somewhere else. I whish I could give 0 stars

The customer support person Terri is a joke. Do not order from this company! Horrible customer service and their printing quality is by far the worst in the printing industry.
They will put your job on pending for no reason and if you do not want your job to delay, do not order from them. They never answer any phone call or email so you pretty much getting no support at all. Rue and disrespectful for their long time customer. Find another vendor or your job will be screw up by them.
