In short: Very professional, honest, on time instillation, excellent service.
Details: I wanted some window coverings. Checked out a couple of the local places. Walked in without an appointment, first place didn't have a salesperson available and wasn't particularly accommodating. Drove over to Design 5. Met Clinton and their showroom. No appointment, no problem. He was very accommodating, he answered all of my questions, educated me about different window coverings. He explained the pros and cons of the different options.
When I was finished, he gave me his card and told me to contact him if I had any additional questions. A couple days later I did, I stopped by the showroom and he and another staff member answered more questions. He also gave me rough estimates of what to expect price wise.
I scheduled an in-home estimate (free). He was on time, and the estimate turned out to be slightly less than what I expected. I had gone to Lowe's to get a quote for coverings to do myself. Clinton's estimate was very competitive with the Lowe's estimate, and installation was very reasonable.
I placed the order. He told me when they order would be ready. It was on time. His installers came out, and stole the blinds, cleaned up and showed me how they operated.
It was a positive experience.
Summary: A good experience with a locally, family run company. I would give them my highest recommendations to anyone who needs window coverings.

We had a slight misunderstanding on the order. My fault for not reading the contract sent via the email. However, agent could have been a little clearer on what he understood and what I understood. Drapes were wonderfully matched but workmanship left just a little to be desired. I had earlier recommended to a family member that she contact Design 5 for some drapery repair work and she seemed satisfied with the job.

Kathy the owner of design 5 is really easy to work with and really cares about her customers. She went out of her way 2 help me out. Her heart is as big as Niagara Falls. The quality and professionalism is unbelievable. I recommend her highly and I thank God for her. Thank you Lisa
